General Terms
- Shipping labels are calculated on a monthly usage basis and reset each billing cycle.
- Unused labels do not roll over to subsequent months.
- Pricing is exclusive to carrier postage costs, taxes, and any applicable fees.
- Plan upgrades may be made at any time and will take effect immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Basic Plan - emails answered within 2 hours
- Growth plan - emails answered within 1 hour
- Volume Plan - Emails answered within 30 mins.
